How do I book?

Bookings can be made online or via the post using our down-loadable booking form. Payments can be made online by card and Pay pal by BACS or by cheque.

Do we need to know about your medical conditions?

It is essential that you let us know about any medical condition or injury you have when booking and that you also let your leader know on the starting day of your course if anything has changed since filling in your booking form. This information will remain completely confidential but is essential to allow us to tailor our activities to suit you and to ensure the safety of other group members .Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your booking.

Do you have any age limits on your trips?

 If any clients are under 18 they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and a disclaimer signed to show you have given parental/guardian consent for them to take part.

Are these trips a good choice for solo travelers?

Yes. A lot of our clients travel on their own or in small groups of 2-4 people. We can pair you up in accommodation with a similar traveller to reduce your costs, or you can pay a little extra to have your own room in the hotels we offer. If you are staying in mountain huts this is not possible as they do not offer single rooms for travellers.

What type of accommodation will I be staying in during my trip?

We always use accommodation that passes our high standards to ensure that all of our clients have a comfortable place to stay where they can relax during their trip. When staying in towns and villages we will always book comfortable hotel accommodation. For accommodation on the mountains these will range from mountain huts to tents depending on the trip that you are doing. Can special diets be accommodated?

We can accommodate most diets, all that we ask is that you notify us of what kind of diet you require at the time of booking so we can make special arrangements before your departure.

What if I need to cancel a course booking?

Why do I need to have travel insurance when I am travelling outside of the UK?

Will you give my details to other people?

All information supplied to us on your booking form remains completely confidential.

What about transport arrangements?

All Transport is specific to each trek, course or challenge but flights are never included in any of our international trips. Please refer to the full trip notes for exact details on transport arrangements. We normally have a group flight set up through out partner Nomadic travel. Please get in touch for more information.

How fit do I need to be?

It goes without saying that arriving fit and well is important if you want to get the most out of your trek, course or challenge. Because of our personal approach we are able to discuss your experience and fitness levels with you.  From this we will be able to advise you on suitable objectives – or a fitness regime! On all of out trips we include a free training course.This is a great chance to find out fitness levels and ask for specific feedback and action plan from your guide running the trip.
